“Happiness does not depend on what you have or who you are. It solely relies on what you think” – Buddha- “Thailand is a country with a tropical climate, polite people, fascinating history and a unique culture. So what stops you from visiting Thailand?”

Thailand is a Buddhist country with a lot of traditions and culture. The capital of the country is Bangkok but most of the people live in the countryside and make the money by farming of products like rice, palm oil, corn…

Also, Thailand has something that no country in the world has these days: it is Bhumibol Adulyadej, the king of Thailand since 1946. He is known as the world’s longest-serving current head of state and longest-reigning monarch in Thai history.

Thailand is also known of its very kind and polite people. They like to spend their free time together or they take more importance to feel good and peaceful, instead of being punctual. The Thai people will usually only give you hints because they are not used to communicate directly. But if you greet them respectful, they will be always prepared to help you, and which is most important, especially when you are a tourist, you will be treated like a celebrity.

Much of Thai cultural system is based on common values that exalted respect for family, religion and monarchy. Bangkok is a world apart, where the middle class lives with all modern amenities. Although there are fewer people working in the rice fields, villages still survive on the outskirts of cities and in them the rhythm of life is governed by the seasons.
